Swedish furniture chain IKEA draws from the iconic seasonal tune The Twelve Days of Christmas in this fun, festive spot, created by Rethink Communications and directed by JJ Adler through The Salmon.
The humorous film follows a well-meaning gifter who continually misses the mark, proudly presenting his partner with a fresh delivery of creatures and characters from the song each day.
From a partridge in a pear tree to twelve drummers drumming, the house soon overflows with farm animals, festive chaos and rising exasperation – until he finally produces the only present she truly wanted: an IKEA gift card.
