In collaboration with Doner, Parcel drop-off and collection service The UPS Store unveils this relatable Christmas campaign, Verify You Are Human, directed by award-winning filmmaker Gia Coppola of The Directors Bureau

The story follows a young man who, despite using AI and trawling through countless “best gifts” guides, still can’t find the right present for his mum online. When asked to do a CAPTCHA test and verify his humanity, he decides to step outside... and immediately spots the perfect gift in a shop window. 

The film champions the tactile, personal side of gift-giving in an increasingly digital world, highlighting the joy, nostalgia and connection that come from choosing, packing and sending something meaningful to the people who matter most. 

Known for her emotionally resonant visual storytelling and cinematic depth, filmmaker Gia Coppola said: “I love a holiday spot because they’re filled with so much emotion. The sentiment of this one, especially, feels meaningful and poignant for this moment in time.”
