As part of Tricom Residential’s brand refresh, creative agency American Haiku has launched a touching campaign based around the everyday work of the people who maintain the company’s rental homes.
Quietly observing the fastidious work of one employee who's worked for Tricom since 2018, the quartet of spots, A Life in the Day of Marty highlights the small, human moments that shape the residential experience.
From scrupulously assuring that a new shelf is absolutely level and fixing up a planetary mobile for a junior resident, to offering comfort to a renter on a sad day, Marty's efforts show how kindness and attention to small details can make a big difference.
The understated beautifully shot films themselves are full of fine details, too: from a little lad's quirky slippers as he shyly spies on Marty fixing up his mobile, to the close up of Marty unwrapping his neatly de-crusted egg sandwichs as he takes a well-deserved lunch break.
