Clemenger BBDO's Meet Graham and 4Creative/Blink's We're the Superhumans lead at last night's D&AD awards.

Among the 732 Pencils given out at last nights event, hosted by Claudia Winkleman and D&AD's Tim Lindsay at London's Troxy, Black Pencils went to those campaigns, with Superhumans getting two, as well as the first braille smartwatch from Serviceplan and INGO Stockholm's The Swedish Number also receiving the hugely prestigious top awards.

The ceremony, however, was dominated by Graham and the Superhumans (which is a great band name, FYI). The first half of the ceremony was ruled by the former, a sculpture-cum-installation for Transport Accident Commission (Victoria) featuring a hypothetical human who had evolved to survive a car collision. The latter,  Channel 4's ad for their Paralympics coverage featuring hundreds of disabled people doing activities both ordinary and extraordinary, dominated the later production and film categories.

Other campaigns to win multiple Yellow Pencils include McCann New York's Field Trip to Mars for Lockheed Martin, CJ Worx's The Unusual Football Field Project for AP Thailand and the design team for the New York Times.
