This new campaign for the German telecommunications company uses the festive season to show how reconnection can be a worthwhile pursuit.
Overseeing his first Christmas commercial, the director of Fleabag, Killing Eve and the Enola Holmes films, Harry Bradbeer brings us a tale of regret which has caused a rift between a mother and daughter.
Produced through Park Village London, the 60-second spot shows the literal weight of the daughter's emotional baggage as she grapples with the thought of being temporarily estranged from her mother.
Eventually, though, sense – and T Mobile – prevail as she decides to send an apologetic text, gratefully received and returned by Mum, which makes the heavy weight she has been carrying with her disappear.
