Arena Club debuts spot featuring co-founder Derek Jeter
The new campaign celebrates the collectibles market and the future of the hobby.
Arena Club, the revolutionary online marketplace and grading platform for collectible cards co-founded by Derek Jeter and Brian Lee, unveils its first television ad, crafted in collaboration with creative agency Orchard.
Hitting screens nationwide the bold campaign grabs viewers with the raw thrill of collecting and stakes Arena Club’s claim to reshape the hobby through innovation, transparency, and passion.
The debut commercial taps into the emotional energy of Opening Day, where hope, anticipation, and possibility collide. A series of satisfying ‘openings’ captures the thrill and optimism of fresh starts, tickets spread the kitchen counter, lights blaze to life, gates burst open, the field takes shape. This comes to a climax with Derek Jeter feeling that same energy as he rips open an Arena Club Slab Pack, a digital pack backed by physical cards, offering transparent odds and instant trading, because every day is Opening Day at Arena Club.

“The theme of Opening Day and that sense of excitement really resonated as we thought about parallels between breaking a Slab Pack and the sports world," said Derek Jeter, Co-Founder of Arena Club, World Series Champion and Baseball Hall of Famer. "We’ve worked hard at Arena Club to build a great community of collectors, and we’ve listened to that community. We’re excited about what’s ahead.”
“Collecting has always been about ‘the chase,' that heart-pounding moment of discovery. This ad brings it to life,” added Brian Lee, CEO and Co-Founder of Arena Club. “Our mission at Arena Club remains constant, to deliver trust, excitement, and accessibility to every collector.”
“The track record of the management team at Arena Club speaks for itself. They have a deep bench of phenomenal talent,” said Barney Robinson, Founder, Chief Executive Officer of Orchard Creative. “It was a privilege for Orchard to be given the opportunity to help show the world why they are rapidly becoming the premier brand in card collecting.”
Brought to life through partnership with Orchard, this ad mixes stark visuals and lean storytelling with Arena Club’s innovative technology. Months of work blended live shots and smart design, packing each frame with the game’s heat and the chase’s pull. It’s a first that cuts through, hooking collectors old and new, elevating the hobby for all.
