Arnold promotes Sarah Taylor to MD
Based in Boston, Taylor will continue to lead the agency’s PNC Bank business while broadening her influence across Arnold’s marketing team.
Creative agency Arnold Worldwide announced the promotion of Sarah Taylor to Managing Director, a newly created role that recognises her extraordinary impact on clients and colleagues alike.
Based in Boston, Taylor will continue to lead the agency’s PNC Bank business while broadening her influence across Arnold’s marketing team.
“Sarah is the kind of leader who inspires trust the moment she walks into a room,” said Val Bettini, Chief Client Officer at Arnold. “She pairs sharp business instincts with a generous, collaborative style that brings out the very best in our people and our clients. This promotion simply puts a title to the impact she’s already having across the agency.”
Taylor’s leadership is marked by a mix of strategic rigour and collaborative spirit. She is known for diving deep into client challenges, aligning priorities with creative opportunities, and fostering an environment where great ideas, and people, can thrive. Colleagues describe her as a champion of both breakthrough work and the teams behind it.
“I’m excited to step into this new role and continue building on the trust and creativity that make Arnold so special. The PNC team, and the entire agency, remind me every day why I love this work: smart clients, brave ideas, and colleagues who feel more like family than coworkers,” said Taylor.
A trusted partner to some of the world’s most respected brands, Taylor’s career spans more than two decades and a roster that includes Procter & Gamble, Pepsi, American Red Cross, Huntington Bank, Barclays, Liberty Bank, Cigna, Novartis, and Boston Scientific, among others. Her work has been honoured by the Effies (including a 2025 Gold for PNC), Emmys, and Webby Awards, among others.
In 2024 she was named one of the “Women We Admire” by the Boston AdClub, and in 2025 she received the Thayer Academy Humanitarian Award for her service as co-founder and board member of the T-Bird Foundation. A graduate of Villanova University and former junior USTA tennis player, Taylor brings the same competitive spirit to client work that she once brought to the court.
“Sarah isn’t just leading accounts; she’s helping shape a culture of curiosity, creativity, and care at Arnold,” Bettini added.
