The Autumn Shiny Awards were made possible by the event sponsors, which were Mother, Prettybird, Creative Outpost, Abroad Films, Global Production Network, Loop Talent and 750mph.
For the sponsors, this is an opportunity for them to do their part for the next generation. Attila Horvath, Founder of Abroad Films, says his company is proud to sponsor Shiny as they “believe in championing fresh voices, bringing diversity to the forefront, and helping unlock the full creative potential of underrepresented directors.” Supporting Shiny aligns with their values by “investing in the future of storytelling, amplifying trust in diversity, and helping build a richer, more inclusive film and advertising landscape.”
For Julia Weichinger, Owner & CEO of Global Production Network / Directors Without Borders, “directing isn’t just about brilliance, it’s about making people smile, think, and remember you long after the lights go down.” For GPN, supporting Shiny means supporting a place “where fresh talent gets the spotlight and new stories get their chance to shine”
