Created by agency St Luke's, this utterly charming new film, titled Must Be Love, sees the return of Heathrow airport’s endearing brand mascots, Doris and Edward Bair, aka The Bears.

Directed by Si&Ad through 1920, the spot follows the adorable duo as they depart on their latest adventure, set to the track It Must Be Love, reimagined by young British singer Maius Mollis.

Soaking up that pre-holiday excitement, the pair playfully journey through the airport and try out its innovative new services – with varying success. As they approach the gate after some obligatory Duty-Free perfume spritzing, they turn into human passengers, and the film ends with the line ‘The best trips start here.’

Richard Denney, Joint Chief Creative Officer at St Luke’s, said: “Doris and Edward are back at Heathrow, reminding us that the best journeys aren’t just about where we go, but who we go with. Edward’s still as playful and charming as ever, and Doris, as always, is the heartbeat that makes those two, one.”
