Juanita Richards, Francesca Allen, Maya Visnyei, Lucia Bell-Epstein, and Celeste Sloman join the growing roster.

With a deep commitment to uplifting female-identifying artists and storytellers, the agency announce the addition of five remarkable talents to its growing roster: Juanita Richards, Francesca Allen, Maya Visnyei, Lucia Bell-Epstein, and Celeste Sloman.
Each of these artists brings a distinct perspective and an exceptional body of work across photography, film, and styling. Their practices not only push creative boundaries but also reflect Laird and Good Company’s continued investment in cultivating a space where women can thrive, creatively, collaboratively, and commercially.
As a person of dual heritage, Juanita Richards work is often influenced by her upbringing, she places a strong focus on representation and diversity of cultures to capture a raw and honest visual tone of voice. Drawn to unique and unusual faces, Richards shines a light on her subjects, telling their stories in a way that is true and authentic to each individual. Conceptualised spaces and authentic environments are key in her creative capture and further tell the story of her subjects and their unique perspectives. Select clients include Lululemon, Adidas, Nike, Chanel Beauty, Vogue Portugal, Arc’teryx, Highsnobiety, Nowness, Tommy Hilfiger, among others.
Francesca Allen is known for her soft, intimate photographs centered around the nature of female friendships. She uses her camera as a tool for intimacy, and explores the nature of intimate female friendships. Her images hold a mirror to our own personal relationships with those closest to us. Allen has been commissioned to bring her vision to editorial titles and brands such as Adidas, American Vogue, Dazed, Diane von Furstenberg, i-D, Levi's, Love, Stella McCartney, and Twin Magazine among others.
Maya Visnyei has built an impressive client roster over the last decade, earning bookings from some of the best names in the industry. She draws upon her depth of knowledge in shooting food, products, and people to create vibrant images that consistently resonate with the senses. With a depth of expertise in lighting, composition, and design techniques, Visnyei creates dynamic narratives, textures, and moods that go beyond the expected. She is also known for her innovative motion work, creating tantalising visions of product, and connecting audiences to brands through authentic, vibrant storytelling. Lucia Bell-Epstein is a photographer and director based in New York City and Paris. Her multifaceted perspective mixes photography, motion, and illustration into layered and poetic imagery. Bell-Epstein’s fluency across the world of food, art, and culture translates to intimate photographic moments of people, relationships, and environments. She pursues visual intimacy and truth with her signature understated ease. She further explains, “I want my photos to be vehicles for collaboration, trust, and risk-taking. And I want the process to keep me attuned and honest.” Select clients include Christie’s, Cultured Magazine, Neptune Papers, Milk Magazine, J. Crew, Harper’s Bazaar Japan, Tekla, The New Yorker, among others.
Celeste Sloman is an American photographer and director born and raised in New York City. After completing a degree in Art History at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, Sloman returned to New York to pursue photography. Select clients include National Geographic, The New York Times, TIME, and L’Officiel, S Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, The LA Times. Commercial clients include Prada, HBO, and MasterClass, Universal Pictures, Marriott, among others.
To mark Women’s History Month and celebrate the contributions of the women who shape its creative identity, Laird and Good Company has also released a dedicated International Women’s Day Reel. This tribute honours the visionary female talent represented by the agency, as well as the women behind the scenes who drive its mission forward.
