Noah Marshall, an acclaimed commercial director, cinematographer and photographer, has joined the deep directing bench of Little Minx.

Marshall is a master visual storyteller whose narratives explore powerful emotional human moments and whose expert eye has focused on a wide range of brands and consumer products from diamonds to cars and fast food. Raised in a production company family, Marshall spent much of his adolescence working as a PA. Before long, he moved on to the agency world as an art director at Colenso BBDO and FCB, where he found himself directing campaigns that he developed as a creative. He cobbled together a reel from his agency work and went out into the world as an independent director. In 2021, he co-founded the award-winning Australian film production company Larchmont with Ngaio McCreadie.

Marshall is a global artist who has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including McDonald’s, Sony, Audi, Kia, Ford, Nike, Mercedes, Beats by Dre, Telstra, Heineken, and Coca-Cola, among others. His work has taken him across every continent and earned him recognition at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, the Clios, AICP and beyond. Renowned for his creative versatility, Marshall is adept at chasing a laugh in a comedy spot, running and gunning a high-end car shoot as a director and DP, and crafting polished, emotional narratives.

“What really stood out to me about Noah is his incredible range,” said Little Minx President Rhea Scott. “Whether it’s cars, families, or anything in between, there’s a clear through line of honest, beautifully grounded performances. They can be witty or quietly moving, but they always feel true. He brings an easygoing charm that translates effortlessly into his work. He’s a wonderful addition to the Little Minx roster.”

“Little Minx is a fantastic, incredibly attractive brand, I fell in love with that,” said Marshall. “They do such a great job of telling their story and nurturing a unique identity. I love their roster. It's an international team of filmmakers who work on much more than spots. The company is a great balance of art and commerce. I’m looking forward to being part of this talented group of artists. I’m very happy that this is happening.”
