Mother London launches campaign for LGBTQIA+ dating app Taimi
Directed by Gianna Mazzeo, the work uses humour and meme-inspired visuals to showcase unexpected dating outcomes.
Mother London has created a campaign for LGBTQIA+ dating app Taimi, directed by Visionaries-repped Gianna Mazzeo.
The series of spots highlights the unpredictability of modern dating with the tagline Came for, stayed for.
The films present three stories that start with users’ initial intentions and transition into what they ultimately find. One example, Came for Twinks, Stayed for Husband, uses a glitch effect to underscore the shift from expectations to outcomes.

The creative approach references online memes and employs bold, comedic visuals to capture the energy of queer dating.
“It was great working on this project with a group of queer creatives, where we bonded over shared experiences,” said Mazzeo.
