Biscuit Filmworks announced that Stanley Brock has joined their directing roster.

Brock combines an innate skill for capturing playfully comedic performances with distinctive art direction, leading to narratives that are fluent in contemporary culture and celebrate the small details of everyday life.

Brock is a North Londoner who cut his teeth making videos about skateboarding and the unique characters he grew up observing. He has since taken his passion for storytelling into narrative films, helming projects for Palace x Stella Artois, Arsenal, and Nike. He has collaborated on music videos with artists Potter Payper, Jimothy Lacoste, and Wolf Alice, and achieved viral status with Louis Theroux’s Jiggle Jiggle, featuring Jason Derulo, Duke & Jones, and Amelia Dimoldenberg.

Recently, Brock has been working on an ongoing series for Adidas featuring high-profile sports talent, including Anthony Edwards and Rebeca Andrade, and continuing his online comedy sketch series, Jonah & Stan, which explores different youth scenes in London.

“I love people, I love telling stories, and I love doing what I do”, said Brock. “To join Biscuit, alongside some of the absolute best directors out there, is a real honour. I look forward to continuing to challenge myself and to make the best calibre of work possible.”

“I’ve known Stanley for a few years now and have loved watching his work evolve,” said Rupert Reynolds-MacLean, Managing Director, Biscuit Filmworks UK. “He’s such a talented, motivated young director with incredible instincts and drive. His storytelling, casting, and narrative filmmaking is inspiring. It feels like the perfect moment to finally team up, and I’m genuinely excited about what we’ll create together.”
