UNICEF Italy has launched this subtle yet impactful campaign, created by Saatchi & Saatchi and directed by Igor Borghi through Think Cattleya, in support of its Family Friendly Workplace Initiative.
The film comprises emotive vignettes of children facing the real consequences of distracted parenting; missed school plays, forgotten drop-offs and long evenings spend alone. These emotive scenes are juxtaposed with a victorious end-of-year business speech, celebrating corporate goals and productivity targets.
The initiative, titled This Company is a Family, is aimed at business leaders and decision-makers, encouraging them to consider the impact of workplace structures on employees and their children.
