Swiss Medical's welcome to adulthood

The spot Welcome to Adulthood reflects on what is left behind and what lies ahead when crossing the threshold into a new stage of life. 

The spot shows a shy young man going through a turnstile, a symbol of the passage from adolescence to adulthood, a transition presented as “a very tough moment.” The narrative describes this separation as the time when weekday naps, Velcro wallets, and the family health plan are no longer part of daily life: the moment when “you start paying for it on your own,” and that, despite your youth, can feel frightening. Yet, that fear eases when you realise Swiss Medical has thought about you: it offers Plan S, a convenient plan with the best coverage, where you pay less per month and only a small extra when you actually use it.

Produced by argentinacine and directed by Justo Dell Acqua, the spot has been live since August 27, 2025, across all media and platforms. The campaign also includes four outdoor pieces, two radio ads, and a range of social media content, all created by La América Buró.
