Accenture returns for NFL season
Coinciding with Accenture’s appointment as official sponsor of NFL’s 2025 International Games, the film celebrates how the firm is helping the league push the game forward.
Accenture’s Reinvented with Accenture campaign returns with this new football spot, Beyond the Goalposts, which artfully portrays how the consulting giant is helping the NFL consistently score as a business – even when the goalposts are constantly moving.
Created with Droga5, part of Accenture Song, the ad debuted on NBC/Peacock during the first quarter of the NFL season opener on Sept. 4 with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys and coincides with the NFL’s announcement that Accenture has been named official sponsor of the NFL’s 2025 International Games, which will be held in São Paulo, Dublin, London, Berlin, and Madrid this season.
Directed by Jovan Todorović of SMUGGLER, the new film plays on the idiom “moving the goalposts” to illustrate the challenges of being a business leader in an ever-changing world. The camera is framed to give viewers the POV of the ball moving through a goal post in shifting locations, illustrating how with Accenture as a reinvention partner, businesses can achieve goal after goal and beyond.

Accenture’s sponsorship of the NFL’s 2025 International Games builds on its role as the Official Business and Technology Partner of the NFL. Since 2024 Accenture has been helping the NFL transform how it uses technology and data to help shape the future of football to benefit the game and fans.
Last year for the NFL season, Accenture debuted The Pass— a film that followed a football’s coast-to-coast journey, capturing the diversity and passion of fans in the U.S. The ad, also created by Droga5, leveraged the popular sport to illustrate how Accenture helped NBCUniversal scale Peacock viewership around the country.
Both films are part of the ongoing Reinvented with Accenture campaign. Launched in 2024, it highlights the depth, breadth and scale of the consulting firm’s work with the world’s most forward-thinking companies to help shape and transform their businesses for the future.
Director Jovan Todorović of Smuggler adds: "On one side, the approach was very creative, abstract, and purely visual– about symmetry and finding a geometric and graphical parallel to the size and proportions of an NFL goal. On the other hand, this visual game had to be rooted in a very precise technical approach and a lot of mathematics. This dual nature of our approach says a lot about what Accenture does: on one hand, they are about creativity, innovation, and vision; on the other hand, that creativity and vision are firmly grounded in science, statistics, mathematics, and economics."
