Riff Raff welcome Alanna Dillon to lead its US operations as Executive Producer.

Based in Los Angeles, Dillon will spearhead the company’s creative and production ambitions stateside, strengthening Riff Raff’s reputation for bold craft and creative excellence across the U.S. market.

Before joining Riff Raff, Dillon spent nearly 15 years freelancing as a producer, and often, inadvertently, an executive producer. Her career has seen her produce award-winning and nominated campaigns for acclaimed directors such as Jake Scott, Tim Godsall, The Malloys, Meji Alabi, Los Pérez, Ninian Doff, Justyna Obasi, Paul Middleditch, Christian Breslauer, and WARD. Her client roster includes Apple, Meta, League of Legends, Hard Rock Bet, Amazon, Lexus, Lincoln, Rocket Mortgage, and Target, among many others.

Dillon found herself drawn to Riff Raff after feeling an immediate connection to the team and its work.

“I knew it would take great work, the right group of people, creative and hardworking directors, and real ambition to make me consider leaving freelance producing,” Dillon shared. “This was the only opportunity that checked all the boxes.”

“I can't express enough how excited I am to further establish Riff Raff in the States. From my first conversations with Matthew, Tracey, Natalie, and Jane, it just clicked. I never thought I’d leave the exhilarating world of freelance, but the chance to help grow an already world-class production company is rare. We have such a fantastic team and roster, I’m thrilled to be on the ground representing this crew.”

“It’s day three, and I’m already buzzing about projects we have in for The Sacred Egg, Rich Hall, and Humans. Every step of the process, from pitch to delivery, is a joy. I can’t wait for more agencies and brands to see how we work. Riff Raff is creative, collaborative, and wildly ambitious… I could go on!”

And, in true Riff Raff spirit, a less serious note: “I just wanted one of the pink Riff Raff hats. Matthew said the only way I could get one was to join. I’m currently negotiating for a neon sign.”

Matthew Fone, Riff Raff Owner, adds: “Alanna brings a wealth of experience and deep insight into the U.S. market, along with a drive and ambition that matches our vision to become the most creative and awarded production company in the States. No pressure then.”
