Director Mollie Mills has launched this bold and strangely mesmerising music video through Somesuch for Los Angeles rapper Bbyafricka’s Trackstar.
Eye-catchingly composed and intriguing shots capture the artist as she raps sassily, surrounded by a gang of muscular, femme bodybuilders training across a rotation of sun-drenched, outdoor locations.
Their skin glistening with sweat in the afternoon sun, each weightlifter dons same bright blue bikini set and platinum blonde wig, giving the promo an uncanny, dreamlike feel as they stare ferociously into the camera lens.
