Production company Caapsai has unveiled this dynamic, mixed media piece for Upscale Conf in San Francisco, an event celebrating the intersection of AI, design, and imagination.
The Shape of Becoming, which began as a title sequence and evolved into a collaborative short film, blurs the lines between human storytelling and machine-generated visuals with each short sequence inspired by one of the event’s speakers.
Blending live action, animation and AI, it follows a woman chasing a mysterious, floating black box, a symbolic visual metaphor exploring the exhausting and exhilarating pursuit of keeping up with technology and innovation.
