Carrie Spott joins Versus as director of business development
Spott will join the studio’s leadership team to expand Versus’ client relationships across brand, entertainment, and agency partners.
Creative and production studio Versus, announces the addition of Carrie Spott as Director of Business Development.
Spott will join the studio’s leadership team to expand Versus’ client relationships across brand, entertainment, and agency partners, building on the foundation of the company’s existing business development team.
“Carrie has a proven track record of connecting the dots,” said Rob Meyers, managing director at Versus. “Her strategic vision and deep relationships will help us fuel growth and ensure we continue giving clients exactly what they need to succeed.”
In her new role, Spott will direct business development at Versus, leading a team that includes David Edelstein, KC Gulino, and Tony Kadillak to expand the studio’s roster of creative talent and original projects, while fostering relationships that keep the studio at the forefront of the next wave of creative innovation.

Spott has spent over 20 years helping creative companies grow and building lasting connections. She led business development for the Northern Lights Family of Companies, driving national sales across five creative disciplines in editorial, production, design, audio, and entertainment marketing. She has also held senior roles at Alkemy X, Dive, and Big Smack, and ran her own representation firm, introducing standout studios to brands, agencies, and networks at the highest level.
Along the way, she has partnered with clients like Marvel, Apple, Amazon, Disney+, NBC, and Hulu, as well as leaders across industries, including Johnson & Johnson in pharma, NBC Sports, and consumer favorites like Campbell’s Soup and Lexus.
