EP Nathan Folbrecht joins Giants & Toys

At Giants & Toys, Folbrecht will work as Executive Producer and help develop their offering in Sweden, but above all beyond its borders.
The American producer Nathan Folbrecht has taken an unexpected step, leaving Los Angeles for Stockholm to join Giants & Toys as Executive Producer.
Born in Colorado, Folbrecht has worked across the United States on productions for MasterClass, Airbnb, Meta, Adobe, Intel, and the NFL, to name a few. He has collaborated with agencies such as CP+B, B-Reel, and 72andSunny. Now it is curiosity and the desire to do something new that has brought him to Sweden.
“I have always been drawn to new places and new ways of working. Given today’s climate, I looked outside the US and met with about 30 different production companies and agencies in Northern Europe over the holidays. Sweden felt exciting, different, yet also familiar in the values I care about. Giants & Toys stood out as a company, genuine and welcoming, combined with a strong roster of talented directors. A perfect match for me, and I look forward to taking on the Swedish and European market,” says Folbrecht.
His move perhaps reflects a shift: while Swedish creatives have long sought out Los Angeles, more are now returning home, and international talent is increasingly beginning to see Europe and Sweden as a base.
