Created by McCann Manchester and directed by Todd Mueller through Psyop, Aldi’s long-anticipated finale takes us to the wedding of the year, complete with bridesmaids, groomsmen and the couple’s beloved Cauli Dog.
But chaos looms when best man Kelvin receives a shocking call from the ‘veg-istrar’, who’s found himself in “a bit of a pickle” that threatens to derail the day. Katie spirals into despair, and it falls to Kevin to reassure her that all is not lost.
Packed with playful moments, an iconic track and plenty of produce-based puns, the spot closes Aldi’s 2026 Christmas campaign with a West End-worthy musical number, as Kevin serenades his bride-to-be with a personalised song proving that love really is all around.
Dave Price, Chief Creative Officer at McCann, said: "We’ve loved working on this year's Christmas campaign. Chickens playing in a rock band and Kevin singing Love Is All Around. What more could you ask Santa for? Hang on a minute... ‘Please Santa, could I have a Christmas number 1?’.”
