Mama Hungara is expanding its creative ecosystem with the launch of Mama Hungara LIVE, a new division dedicated to producing one-of-a-kind live performance experiences.

This bold cultural move is all about going beyond the stage, merging creativity with top-tier production to bring to life events that carry a distinctive artistic signature.

From concerts and interdisciplinary collaborations to intimate artist meet-and-greets, MH LIVE is designed to redefine how audiences engage with live performance. With simultaneous launches in Argentina and Mexico and a global outlook, the new venture positions itself as an international platform. It also integrates audiovisual storytelling and strategic brand partnerships, opening up impactful sponsorship opportunities that elevate each experience.

Leading the charge are Lisandro Ramos, CEO and co-founder of Mama Hungara, and filmmaker and artistic producer Mariano Nante.

To kick things off, MH LIVE introduces CICLO AURA, a high-profile concert series held at the iconic Teatro Colón. Its debut edition features some of the most celebrated voices in contemporary opera, presented in collaboration with Elisa Wagner / ICP and co-produced with Teatro Colón. This is shaping up to be the must-attend cultural event of the season.
The lineup includes acclaimed artists such as Jonathan Tetelman (tenor, Chile–USA), Aigul Akhmetshina (mezzo-soprano, Russia), Elīna Garanča (mezzo-soprano, Latvia), and Nadine Sierra (soprano, USA), each delivering performances that promise to raise the bar for live musical experiences.

2024 has already been a landmark year for Mama Hungara at Teatro Colón, with two unforgettable, sold-out concerts met with standing ovations from audiences and critics alike.

One of the highlights was Korean soprano Hera Hyesang Park’s breathtaking performance, where she presented her Breathe album, released by Deutsche Grammophon. The evening also featured a screening of While You Live, a short film produced by Mama Hungara and directed by Mariano Nante, which added a multi-sensory layer to the concert. The event reached international audiences via the Stage+ streaming platform.

The second show featured piano virtuoso Daniil Trifonov, who delivered a powerful recital that spanned from Rameau to Beethoven, with his performance of Hammerklavier earning rave reviews.

Both events wrapped with curated meet-and-greet moments, designed to foster deeper connections between artists, guests and sponsors, an approach that underscores Mama Hungara’s commitment to producing next-level cultural experiences. With MH LIVE, Mama Hungara doubles down on its creative ethos: bold storytelling, global ambition, and a continued investment in culture and artistic excellence.
