Merman Branded UK welcome acclaimed director Scott Weintrob to its roster, marking a new chapter in the studio’s creative journey. 

The signing comes on the heels of Weintrob’s standout commercial for Lewis Hamilton’s high-profile move to Ferrari.

Known for fusing cinematic storytelling with authentic street culture, Weintrob has carved out a bold, distinctive voice across the worlds of advertising, television, and branded content. His commercial portfolio includes work for Audi, Ford, Cadillac, Michelin (featuring Keanu Reeves), Pepsi, Amazon Studios, Netflix, Apple+, and Fenty with Rihanna. His work has earned accolades from Cannes Lions, D&AD, and Creative Circle, among others.

Weintrob's TV credits include directing four seasons of the BBC’s Top Gear, a show that reached over 350 million viewers across 200 countries and received both BAFTA and Emmy recognition. His creative studio, Large Eyes, is behind the Emmy-nominated documentary series Home for Apple+, the Netflix series Fastest Car, and Skrtt with Offset (featuring Cardi B, Quavo, Lil Yachty, Chance the Rapper, and Dapper Dan) for Roku.

Most recently, Weintrob wrote and created the docuseries To The Edge, featuring Orlando Bloom for Peacock.
