International creative production studio Not To Scale is expanding it’s US presence under the banner of Talk Shop, a New York City-based creative management company established by talent agent Katie Northy.

Not To Scale’s US office, alongside top agency partners, has produced award-winning work for clients such as Disney, Hershey’s, Adidas, Dunkin’, Instagram and Google in recent years, and the partnership with Talk Shop will play a key role in the studio’s continued growth on the American East Coast.
Talk Shop over 15 years of experience representing talent in film production, editorial, design, music and audio, and Katie Northy is known for her hands-on approach to brand-building and empowering creators at every stage of their careers. She and Talk Shop agent Kenard Jackson champion a wealth of pioneering and diverse talent and production solutions on their roster.
