Slutet recruits EP Mette Jermiin
Jermiin will be based in Copenhagen but will work across all of Scandinavia together with the directors and producers at Slutet.
Mette Jermiin has for more than a decade been a central figure in the Scandinavian commercial film industry, with a strong track record in developing emerging talent and directors.
She spent 13 years at Bacon as one of the driving forces behind the company. She is an ambassador for the Young Directors Award and has chaired juries for leading international award shows including D&AD and Eurobest.
Founded in 2012 by Alexandros Bakos and Jonas HS Yoon, Slutet has grown from a newcomer without industry background into one of Sweden’s most established production companies. Today the company represents 17 directors across Europe.
“We’ve built Slutet into a strong creative force in Sweden, collaborating with some of the best directors, producers, agencies, and clients. Bringing Mette on board is an exciting next step as we expand our presence across Scandinavia and set our sights on international growth,” says co-founder and EP Bakos.
Jermiin will be based in Copenhagen but will work across all of Scandinavia together with the directors and producers at Slutet.
"I’m so excited to join this passionate team and work alongside the amazing directors at Slutet," says Jermiin. "I’ll be focusing on supporting and growing our directors, discovering fresh talent, and making sure that all corners of the industry knows who we are and what we do.” says Jermiin.
