Amusingly meta, the spot A Great Ad Needs a Great Editor starts off with an exploration of the art of ad making, with a selection of spoof commercials of dubious merit.
As the presenter (actor David Winning) celebrates the art of editing, he slips into a maelstrom of effects depicting quantum timelines, giant scissors, space time wormholes and the like, until he gets lost in a disturbing parallel universe.
Luckily the director (Davram Stiefler) is on hand to assure him he’s actually in a safe green screen space. But will either of them escape the ever present 'Giant Hand’ that wields the TV remote of doom?
