To mark the 150th anniversary of its founding, Swiss watch maker Audemars Piguet has unveiled this eccentric short film created specifically for the Italian market, starring the eclectic actor Pierfrancesco Favino.
The Testimonial, directed by filmmaker Alice Fassi through C41 Studio, is a creative tribute to the brand's history, combining cinematic live action and whimsical animations to retrace, with irony and depth, some of the most significant moments that have shaped the brand’s evolution.
Through anecdotes, curiosities and iconic creations, the film celebrates Audemars Piguet’s pioneering vision, from its early timepieces to the debut of the first Royal Oak in 1972, to the ongoing fascination with astronomy and the cosmos.
