Electric Theatre Collective announce the addition of Grace Thorpe as Executive Producer at its London studio.

Returning from maternity leave, Thorpe brings her sharp production acumen, calm leadership, and deep passion for creative collaboration to the award-winning post-production house.

Thorpe joins Electric from The Mill, where she rose swiftly through the ranks to become EP, following stints at MPC and early-career roles at boutique shops like Rushes and Prodigious. Over the years, she has built a reputation for her strategic problem-solving, people-first approach, and creative intuition, leading standout campaigns for top-tier brands and working alongside iconic directors including Megaforce, Henry Schofield, and François Rousselet.

Among her most memorable projects is the Megaforce-directed Night Creatures for Burberry, which remains a personal favourite. She also counts a surreal Madonna music video among her career highlights, citing it as perhaps her most “unusual” client collaboration to date.

“I love being the bridge between clients and creatives,” says Thorpe. “Guiding a project from pitch through to final delivery means I’m immersed in the entire journey. Coming back post-maternity leave, I’m energised and excited to reconnect with familiar faces and dive into bold, beautiful new work.”

Electric Theatre Collective’s Head of Production, Matt Williams, shared his enthusiasm for the appointment: “Grace is the perfect addition to our team, calm, strategic, and deeply passionate about the craft. She’s already bringing so much to the table, and her collaborative spirit fits right into Electric’s ethos. We’re thrilled to have her onboard.”

As Electric continues to strengthen its production leadership and elevate creative standards across the board, Thorpe’s arrival signals a renewed investment in world-class talent and the kind of thoughtful, human-focused production that sets Electric apart.
