Comedy-focused production company Good Behavior has signed with Resource for West Coast representation.

Founded in 2024 by director Pete Marquis with partners Victoria Guenier and Adam Lawson, the company has built a reputation for comedy-led campaigns, with recent work for Coors Light, 7-Eleven, Best Buy, Pepsi and NJM Insurance Group.

Resource, established in 2001 by Dana Balkin and now run with Allie O’Brien, represents a roster of production companies across live action, animation, tabletop and experiential work. Its clients include Biscuit Filmworks, the Corner Shop, Partizan and Epoch.

“Good Behavior has accomplished remarkable success in a short time, and we know that kind of growth doesn’t happen without exceptional talent and a strong team. We're absolutely thrilled to be joining forces with them,” said O’Brien.

“Having previously worked with both Pete Marquis and Victoria Guenier, I couldn’t be more excited to reunite and support them as they take Good Behavior into its next chapter,” added Balkin.

“I am so thrilled to be working with Dana and Allie,” said Guenier. “Both have a huge knowledge of the industry. Dana has been a long time friend in the business and I’m so excited to be working closely with her.”

Alongside Marquis, Good Behavior director Mike Egan has recently directed campaigns for Orange Crush and DoorDash, while in-house editor Dick Gordon continues to provide editorial across most of the company’s assignments as well as for external directors and production companies. The company also offers sound, colour, VFX and finishing, delivering a full post-production package alongside its commercial output.
