Agency Havas have announced the elevation of two senior executives to lead the company’s data and technology transformation, further advancing its converged strategy and commitment to delivering smarter, integrated solutions to clients around the world.

Dan Hagen has been promoted to Global Chief Data and Technology Officer, a newly expanded, group-wide role. In this position, Hagen will spearhead the development of Havas’ AI-powered Converged operating system, designed to empower the group’s 23,000+ employees with smarter tools, deeper insights, and seamless collaboration capabilities. He will also oversee global alignment on strategic data and technology investments, governance, and operational excellence across all of Havas’ operating units.

Hagen previously served as Global Chief Data and Tech Officer at Havas Media Network, where he played a pivotal role in developing best-in-class, audience-first data and technology solutions across more than 100 markets. With a 25-year career spanning media, strategy, and technology, his past roles include launching the National Lottery’s interactive platform, Chief Strategy Officer at iProspect and Carat UK, and leading the development of Havas Media Network’s award-winning Media Experience planning approach.

“Data and technology are the cornerstone of our Converged global strategy, giving our people the tools, insights, and means of collaboration to supercharge our positive impact for clients,” said Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas. “Dan’s deep expertise and his collaborative work in building industry-leading platforms make him the perfect leader to shape our data and tech future.”

Jamie Seltzer will succeed Hagen as Global Chief Data and Technology Officer for Havas Media Network. In this role, she will lead the evolution of the Converged media product and roadmap, elevate the network’s data capabilities, and drive a culture focused on data-led, outcome-driven solutions for clients. Seltzer will also continue to oversee CSA, Havas Media Network’s global technology, data, and analytics consultancy arm.

Seltzer brings more than 20 years of experience in data and technology leadership, having held senior roles at WPP and Publicis Groupe before joining Havas. She most recently served as Global EVP, CSA & Media Experience Analytics, where she played a key role in strengthening the network’s analytics capabilities and strategic planning.

“Clients are demanding future-forward agency partners who are data-led and outcome-driven,” said Peter Mears, Global CEO of Havas Media Network. “Jamie has been instrumental in shaping that vision within Havas Media Network. With Dan and Jamie’s leadership, we’re poised to further accelerate our Converged strategy across the broader Havas ecosystem.”
