Hyundai’s new Palisade is all that and more
The spot All That And More, featuring actress Parker Posey, highlights the premium capability of the all-new Palisade with the first-ever Hybrid and its range, technology, interior space, safety and more.
To support its all-new, bigger and better than ever Palisade SUV, Hyundai is launching a new national marketing campaign featuring the Palisade Hybrid.
The advertisement titled All That And More stars actress Parker Posey and challenges the status quo by showcasing the range, technology, safety, design and premium capabilities that make the Palisade SUV extraordinary, proving it is ‘all that and more’. The 60-second broadcast ad will air during the first professional football game of the season.
“We know that when our customers are considering a new SUV purchase for their family, they are evaluating a variety of different factors including hybrid powertrain options, space, technology and safety,” said Sean Gilpin, vice president, global sales marketing for Hyundai Motor Company and chief marketing officer for Hyundai Motor America. “With this ad, we were excited to work with Parker Posey to show that they don’t have to settle for less, because thanks to its premium capability, the all-new Palisade with the first-ever Palisade Hybrid checks all those boxes and more. So, no matter what you are looking for in your next SUV, the all-new Palisade is your top choice.”
The ad features Posey driving the Palisade Hybrid through various situations that are stereotypically depicted in car commercials including conquering absurd obstacles, going off road, driving a group of friends on a night out, automatically stopping for a road obstacle, taking the family on a camping trip and traveling with pets. Posey comically shows how the Palisade can handle all of these situations and more. Through all of the situations, the ad highlights the premium design and roomy interior, advanced technology, and industry-leading safety features of the Palisade.

“It was great to work with Hyundai to show how the Palisade Hybrid offers all the style, safety and capability you need in an SUV and so much more,” said Posey. “It was fun to take the vehicle through the various scenarios and showcase its capabilities in an entertaining and authentic way.”
"Across the campaign, we show the Palisade driving through common situations typically used in car commercials to show that it’s premium but ready for anything, capable out of the city as it is in it,” says Jason Sperling, chief creative officer of INNOCEAN USA. “With Parker Posey’s wit and charm, we leaned into the absurdity of the category to spotlight our strategy: the Palisade is a premium SUV that delivers more in every way that actually matters."
In addition to the 60-second broadcast ad airing during professional football’s first game of the season on Sept. 4, the campaign will be supported by 30- and 15-second ads as well as custom social media content featuring Posey. The fully integrated campaign will be featured throughout the rest of the year across social media, broadcast, streaming, audio, digital and programmatic platforms.
The ad was directed by Emmy-award winner Brian Buckley.
