Produced by MindsEye, the film boasts lush, old-timey production design that captures the raw spirit of Americana, with rich symbolism and dreamlike set-pieces, all drenched in a burnished light.
Batiste’s mission is to create a new genre called 'New Americana' which mixes blues, soul, reggae, gospel, and balladry with his New Orleans roots.
