Created by agency TBWA/Neboko, this vibrant campaign for grassroots football club Prazeres United paints a dynamic and authentic picture of a young boy’s life in Brazil’s favelas.
Director Olivia Lonsdale lends her cinematic vision to the project, subtly portraying the harsh realities of growing up in these underprivileged neighbourhoods while capturing the richness of its culture and the closeness of families and communities.
The film shows the important work of the football club and the resilience, hope, and connection it offers by providing daily training to around a hundred underprivileged boys and girls who live in the favelas.
