Expanding its roster, Slash has signed director Ross Allen for commercial representation in the U.S.

Allen’s work centres on the pursuit of human connection, blending cinematic visuals with emotionally resonant storytelling across lifestyle, healthcare, sports, automotive, and real people content.

Focusing on intimate moments between characters, Allen captures subtle exchanges that explore the complexities of the human experience. He approaches each script by unearthing its truth and infusing it with authenticity, aiming to move audiences and evoke emotion with every story told.

“Ross and I immediately clicked upon meeting and had instant success together that we have continued to build upon in the most dynamic and exciting way,” said Tanya Cohen, Owner and Managing Director of Slash. “It’s a true collaborative partnership with a big vision for the future, and limitless on the scope of where we can take this as a team. Ross’s work is beautiful, and he captures the human spirit in the most authentic way, conveying the power of emotion without ever feeling heavy handed. His work is very accessible and relatable, which I think speaks to what consumers are looking for nowadays, needing comfort, reassurance and hope in our current landscape.”

Allen added: “Teaming with Tanya and joining Slash’s roster feels like home. I’m proud to be among such incredible talent. We are very much aligned creatively and push each other to make the best work possible. We’ve hit the ground running, and I can’t wait to keep crafting beautiful stories that resonate. Working across genres—capturing intimate portraits of American culture and collaborating with world-class creatives and crews to make work that truly leaves a mark.”

Allen’s recent campaign for Garmin has gained attention in the golf category. Upcoming work includes projects for Endeavor Health tied to the 2026 Winter Olympics, Toyota, and Houston Methodist.

His portfolio features campaigns for brands such as Audi, TaylorMade, Ford, Kraft, Paralympics, and Nature Valley, with recognition from the Young Director Award (YDA), Clio Awards, and 1.4.
