There are many fond adjectives you could use to describe Swedish rockers The Hives - raucous, reckless, relentless - but 'regal' is unlikely to be one of them.
However, the five-piece take on the personas of gluttonous kings in Filip Nilsson's deliciously mischievous promo for The Hives Forever Forever The Hives; indulging in so many hallucinogens that they start to see their punkier side performing to themselves.
Filled with the madcap flourishes you'd expect from a combo of the band and PINE director, compounded by some lovely production design from Henrik Svensson, this slice of aristocratic anarchy is a pleasing palate-cleanser.
