Coffee & TV announce the appointment of acclaimed VFX Supervisor and Flame Artist Steve Cokonis, who joins the studio's award-winning team to bolster its creative offering across commercials, music, and film.
With nearly two decades of experience crafting visually iconic work, Cokonis is known for his sharp eye, calm leadership, and deeply collaborative approach. His portfolio includes everything from the VES-nominated Pepsi Halftime trailer to the stylishly kinetic Olivia Rodrigo Get Him Back for Apple’s Made with iPhone campaign.
Cokonis spent over a decade at The Mill, where he rose to the role of VFX Supervisor before going freelance. He has since brought his creative precision to projects at Framestore, Preymaker, Kevin, and Magnit for Apple Marcom. Most recently, he launched the West Coast VFX division of Uppercut, expanding their footprint into Los Angeles and leading high-profile campaigns with a signature blend of technical fluency and artistic clarity.
Cokonis joins Coffee & TV at a time of global growth for the studio, following its recent expansion into NY and LA and has said he is ‘beyond excited to join the legendary Coffee & TV team.'
