In collaboration with creative agency Anorak, the Norwegian pension fund for municipal and health care workers, KLP, has launched this poignant campaign offering a unique perspective for people considering a career in public service roles.
The film, directed by Jeppe Rønde through Bacon, cleverly uses typical job interview questions as a creative storytelling device alongside poignant vignettes capturing snapshots of the work involved in various public service jobs, celebrating the true impact working for the public good.
"The idea behind the campaign is to offer a fresh perspective on working in Norway’s municipal and healthcare sectors: shifting the focus from working for a system to working for a community of people who support one another when it matters most," say Anorak creatives Stein Simonsen and Svein Werner Lyngmyr.
