The latest addition to RSA’s UK roster brings Los Angeles-based director Duncan Heger in for commercial and branded content representation.

Heger’s work combines narrative-led filmmaking with contemporary cultural references, with credits for brands including adidas and Under Armour. He began his career as an in-house director at a sports agency, working with American football players such as Jared Goff and Cooper Kupp, before joining US production company Stadium as a creative.

Recent highlights include a Los Angeles FC campaign starring Will Ferrell that generated more than one billion organic impressions, and an adidas campaign that set an MLS jersey sales record. Additional projects span campaigns for the NFL, The North Face and the American Red Cross, featuring talent including Lionel Messi and Ian Wright.

In 2025, Heger was shortlisted for shots New Director of the Year and AICP’s Best New Director, and selected for SHOOT Online’s New Director Showcase.
