Alka Seltzer: Lifeboat

A small rowboat bobs aimlessly in the vast expanse of the ocean. An officer and an old deck hand sit at opposite ends, both hungry and morose. A couple of Alka Seltzers are dropped into a glass of water with a plink-plink fizz. Sat by himself in the boat, the old deckhand drinks the water as it is insinuated that he has eaten his comrade. “When you’ve eaten something you shouldn’t have.”
