City of Perth: Picasci

We watch through a piece of art as two dustmen give their uninformed opinions on it, twisting or misjudging every well-known fact. Picasso is renamed Picasci and he allegedly bit off his ear (with no mention of Van Gogh). A voice-over explains this out of habit reaction by saying ‘Anyone can be an art critic this Christmas, when Western Australia’s top artists decorate the windows of Northbridge. Look for voting details in the Sunday Times and Come all ye artful.’
