A simple commercial, promoting the opening of Ikea in Glasgow. Two rough looking Scottish men stand at opposite ends of a bus shelter. Staring straight ahead, in a thick Scottish accent, the first man speaks. 'I'm gonnae buy a lamp, combined with an Inca-style rug, to give my lounge a sense of renewal.' His friend considers this for a moment before replying, 'I wouldnea rule out using cushions.' Large pink letters appear on the screen, spelling out the caption: Glasgow's gone soft.
