Moves this week at Duval Guillaume, DDB Budapest, Clemenger BBDO, BBC Motion Gallery and Nova Marketing

Tom Van Daele has joined Duval Guillaume in New York as associate creative director. Van Daele was creative director and partner at Belgian agency 10 Advertising and also worked at LG&F and Ogilvy & Mather in Belgium where he numbered Coke, Fanta, Ford, Procter & Gamble, Bacardi, Jansport and Europ Assistance among his clients. Van Daele was also the inspiration behind the young creatives' database newcreatives.com.

Milos Ilic, the creative director of Leo Burnett Budapest who featured in our country special on Hungary in shots 91, has left the agency to join DDB Budapest in the same role.

Peter Biggs, managing director of Clemenger BBDO Wellington, has been appointed managing director of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, replacing Mark Pearce. Biggs has been at the Wellington office since 1998, and was made agency chief executive in 2003. Pearce will move to Clemenger Communications in Melbourne as executive director.

BBC Motion Gallery, a division of BBC Worldwide Limited, has hired Camille K. Fanfair and Stacey Parks as its newest account executives, serving the East Coast and West Coast regions, respectively.

Nova Marketing has hired Pat Iamele as vice president, creative director.Iamele will be responsible for the creative department and the print and broadcast creative product of the agency for all of its clients. Before Nova, Iamele spent five years as founder and principal of Providence, Rhode Island-based Trainor Wendell Iamele.
