Moves this week at Leo Burnett, BBH, Fallon Minneapolis, Passion, Rokkit, Stink, Aardman, Beam.TV, Homestead and Spy Post.

Leo Burnett London has hired Jonathan Burley and Jim Bolton as creative directors. The pair were both formerly with HHCL, now United, but Burley resigned from the agency in November a month after chief executive Nick Howarth. The pair will be working on all the agency's major accounts.

Executive head of art Mark Reddy has quit McCann-Erickson London to join BBH as head of art. The move follows the departure of former executive creative director and creative partner Robert Campbell from the agency last month.

Brian Tierney has joined Fallon Minneapolis as a writer and group head from Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami. While at CPB he worked on high-profile accounts for among others MINI, Burger King, Molson Canadian, and the American Legacy Foundation.

Passion Pictures has signed Laurent Nicholas, one half of directing team Numero 6, which shot music video Starlight for the Supermenlovers, as well as commercials including the football sponsorship campaign for Coca-Cola. Nicholas will be based in Passion's newly opened Paris office, his brother David, the other half of Numero 6, will remain at Partizan.

London-based production company Rokkit has signed Polish animation director Tomek Baginski for commercials. It is the first time Baginski has been signed for commercials representation. Baginski's animated short The Cathedral was nominated for an Oscar in 2003, and his recent short Fallen Art won the jury prize at last year's Siggraph Awards, adn has just been nominated for this year's Baftas.

After almost a year of absence due to contractual obligations, Stink has signed director Richard Anthony. Anthony featured in shots 55 with a neatly shot music video for New Flesh, and has since shot for Flora, Esso, Nurofen, The Big Issue and NSPCC.

Aardman Animation has appointed of Stephen Moore as head of features and chief operating officer. Moore joins Aardman after eight years in Los Angeles as president of international for Twentieth Century Fox, overseeing both the theatrical and home entertainment divisions.

Beam.tv has expanded its senior management team with Tom Horton who has been taken on as business development director for Beam.tv Retail. Horton has been based in London for the last six years, working for Saatchi & Saatchi's in-house content creation department. Jake Sharpe, previously at International Management Group, joins as senior account director, introducing Beam.tv's digital international TV delivery service BeamSuite to London agencies. Beam.tv has also hired new business developer Kate Georgiou.

Homestead Editorial in New York has hired editor John Young. Young started assisting for Crew Cuts, before moving into editing for Isis and Consulate cutting spots for ESPN Sportscenter, Verizon Wireless, Reese's, Captain Morgan's and Chevrolet, among others, working with directors such as Errol Morris, Nico Beyer, Tim Godsall and Clay Williams.

Anastacia Maggioncalda has been appointed vice president and senior executive producer of leading visual effects and post-production studio Spy Post. Maggioncalda joins the studio with more than 10 years in the post-production industry. Prior to Spy Maggioncalda was producer and director of new business development for interactive design and branding firm Groove Eleven, and for five years before that served as senior executive producer of digital visual effects studio Radium.
