Moves this week at FCB London; TWC, Silverscreen, Cutters, Finish and Radium Films

Former DDB London creative partner Andrew Fraser has joined FCB London as creative director. Fraser will replace former creative director Al Young, who left in December, and will once again be working with fellow former BMP DDB planning director Nigel Jones who recently joined FCB as chief executive. Fraser was promoted to creative partner at DDB a year ago to handle The Guardian, Philips Electronics, Pepsico (Tropicana), ExxonMobil and Wyeth (Anadin) accounts. He was the creative behind a spot for the latter called Juggling, shot by Happy, which featured on shots 89.

Silverscreen has signed casting director turned director Di Rowan. Rowan is credited with having discovered a host of great talent including Oscar winner Anna Paquin in The Piano, as well as more recently Keisha Castle-Hughes in Whale Rider and Kerry Fox in An Angel At My Table. Rowan actually started her career directing TV documentaries and short films before moving into casting where she worked with directors such as Niki Caro, Roger Donaldson, Vincent Ward, Christine Jeffs, Steven Speilberg, Jane Campion and Gregor Nicholas.

Santa Monica and Chicago-based editorial house Cutters has hired editor Fernando Villena. Villena will be based in the company's Santa Monica office, but is available, as are all Cutters editors, to cut out of either location. Villena has cut promos for artists including the Black Eyed Peas, Tupac, Hilary Duff, Ashlee Simpson, as well as spots for brands such as Lexus, EA Sports, Coors Light, Mazda and Budweiser. He most recently worked on David LaChappelle's documentary Rize.

Post house Finish has taken on Andrew Daffy, former head of 3D at Framestore, to head its new dedicated 3D department. Daffy's previous credits include Jonathan Glazer's Odyssey for Levi's and Danny Kleinman's Mosquito for Xbox.

Radium Films has promoted producer Dave Skaff to executive producer and Katie Ward has been brought on board as West Coast and Texas rep. Skaff was formerly senior broadcast producer at design firm Attik working on Nike and AOL. Ward has been working freelance for the past three years repping Ten Music and Inside Out.
