Moves this week at United, Nola Pictures, Pogo Pictures, The Artists Company, TWC, The Syndicate, Draw Pictures

Park Village managing director Freya Noble has left the company to pursue other projects. "The industry has undergone some radical changes in the past few years and technical advances have made us all leaner and more efficient than we were. Clearly, this trend is set to continue so companies are being forced to focus on new techniques. My future plans will certainly be embracing these paradigm changes," said Noble.
Before her time at Park, Noble worked on both the agency and production sides at RSA, Joy, Mother, HHCL and Leagas Delaney. Noble will be replaced by Geoff Stickler, formerly of Great Guns.

Jason Ayers, partner and deputy head of TV at United London, has left the agency after 13 years to go freelance.

Nola Pictures has signed Hungarian director Laszlo Kadar. Kadar started out as a DoP for feature films before moving into commercials, setting up his own company - Laszlo Kadar Pictures. Known for his car commercials, he has won numerous awards including a silver lion at Cannes for Lufthansa's New York, New York via Springer & Jacoby Hamburg.

Pogo Pictures has signed Angel Traverso for East Coast representation. He has shot for PBS, Bud Light, Coors Light and Suzuki and his PSA Drunk for Nissan won a silver lion at Cannes in 1998.

Director Paolo Monico has signed to bicoastal The Artists Company for exclusive US spot representation. The move is Monico's first foray into the US market from Italy, where he has been working with Mercurio Cinematografica in Milan, who will continue to rep him in that market. His PlayStation Streakers commercial General Protest was a finalist at last year's Cannes Lions Festival.

TWC has signed director Justin Klarenbeck for exclusive commercials representation. Klarenbeck is probably best known for his automotive work, with recent spots for Toyota, Chevy, Lexus, Honda and Mercedes Benz.

The Syndicate, sister company of CafeFX, has taken on multi-award winner Les Umberger, 26, as a visual effects supervisor/senior Flame artist. Umberger comes to the Syndicate from R!OT in Santa Monica.

Draw Pictures has appointed Colette Crespin as its new commercial and new media representative.
