Moves this week at Revolver; Saatchi & Saatchi London; MPC; Grey Amsterdam; Digital Kitchen; Curious Pictures; Independent; Outsider; Feel Films; Cream; Duck; Big Fish Films; 89 Editorial; and KSV.

Last year's Cannes Grand Prix-winning director Simon McQuoid has signed with Australian production company Revolver. They will represent him in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Last week he announced he has joined Imperial Woodpecker, who will represent him in the US.

Saatchi & Saatchi in London snaps up creative duo Rob Potts and Andy Jex. The pair, who will act as deputies to creative partners Kate Stanners and Paul Silburn, were previously at Mother where they worked on Stella Artois and Pot Noodle. Prior to that, they spent five years at Fallon. In their new position they will work on clients including Cadbury.

MPC in London announces that award-winning Paul Harrison joins as a senior colourist. Harrison joins the telecine team, who recently worked on the grading for Oscar winning film Slumdog Millionaire.

It's all change at Grey Amsterdam. They've announced a massive reorganisation that sees them concentrate on creative leadership. Executive creative directors Colin Lamberton and Seyoan Vela are to take on new leadership responsibilities. Former CEO Dik Kicks moves to a new role as business director EMEA and member of the executive committee.

Digital Kitchen founder and CCO Paul Matthaeus has left the agency to pursue other creative projects.

Director Steve Chase signs with Curious Pictures for commercial representation. A nominee for the DGA Award for commercial directing, and with a spot in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, Chase joins Curious from Go Film.

Station Films has signed award-winning director Jon Greenhalgh for representation in Europe and the USA. Meanwhile, Sam Rice, formerly of Rokkit, is joining Station as head of marketing, to partner Adam Lyne in the London office.

Director Markus Walter has signed to Independent for UK representation. Walter has just completed a new spot for GM Opel, Insignia Spot, which is up as today's contender. Check his reel out here.

New directors Ben Sedley and Borkur join the Outsider stable of directors. Sedley's work includes recent spots for MTV's Knife Crime initiative through Ogilvy and Fayrouz with TBWA. Borkur is an Icelandic photographer who has recently shot a string of commercials for Honda with W+K.

Young British commercials director Danny Vaia signs with Feel Films for UK commercials representation. Vaia was until recently one half of the directing duo Danny&Ezra, and he recently shot zero-gravity idents for National Geographic.

Australian production company Cream adds director Abe Forsythe and producer Matt Reeder to its roster.

Duck in LA signs director Natasha Rand for representation. With experience in design, animation, direction and post production, Rand has picked up a host of awards and directed for brands including HSBC, Wrigley's, Proctor & Gamble and Tesco.

Dallas production house Big Fish Films hires Claire Peberdy as the company's new executive producer.

US-based 89 Editorial appoints Sharon Lew as managing director of its New York office. She was previously executive producer at sister company Crossroads, and will continue in that role too.

East Coast marketing group Kelliher Samets Volk (KSV) takes on Meghan Haley as director of digital strategy. She joins from her role as account director at Overdrive Interactive, where she worked with clients such as Progress Software, Dow Jones and Virgin Money.
