Key changes at RKCR/Y&R

Mark Roalfe, chairman of RKCR/Y&R London has announced that agency CEO, Richard Exon, and ECD, Damon Collins, will leave the agency next year with the intent to launch their own agency at a later date following the end of their contractual obligations. They pair will be succeeded by agency veterans, Alison Hoad, currently Vice Chairman of the agency since 2005, and Ben Kay, RKCR/Y&R’s chief strategy officer. Both will assume the title of Joint CEO. Roalfe, the agency’s creative founder, will oversee creative direction until he appoints a successor for Damon Collins, who joined RKCR/Y&R from Mother London in January 2008 as executive creative director.
