Matt MacDonald and Ryan Kutscher are now the new co-chief creative officers at the New York branch of JWT, the fourth largest marketing communications network in the world. MacDonald joins the company from within, having worked as executive creative director, responsible for campaigns like The Magic of Macy’s and Believe; his counterpart, Kutscher, was the former creative director at CP+B, receiving prestigious awards for programs like Burger King’s Whopper Freakout. Together, the two will now be responsible for monitoring the vision and output of one of JWT’s flagship offices. Both MacDonald and Kutscher have been recognized in every major competition in the industry, including the Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, and The Effies.
