Volt Studios strikes big

Volt, the post production studio based in Minneapolis, is not taking the summer months lightly. Recently launching its remote color viewing services through The Moving Picture Company, Volt has now also scored exclusive representation of editor Jonathan Del Gatto, as well as two staff artists, John Chadbourn and Amber Navarette, for the motion graphics and VFX departments. The changes suggest big payoffs, particularly with MPC now allowing the studio's clients to have access to real-time sessions with noted colorists in MPC's network. Gatto, who has signed for exclusive Midwest representation with the studio, is a past recipient of a Cannes Gold Lion, a Sundance Short Filmmaking Award, and eight AICP Show honors.
